We ship orders from Bahrain to the Middle East and Europe using our trusted logistics partners.

Domestic Shipping (Bahrain)

• Standard Shipping:

  • First 5 kg: BHD 2

  • Additional 1 kg: BHD 1.5

International Shipping (Middle East)

• Bahrain → KSA, UAE, Oman, Qatar:

  • First 1 kg: BHD 3– 4.000 (depending on destination)

  • Additional 1 kg: BHD 2.000 – 2.500

• Bahrain → Kuwait:

  • First 1 kg: BHD 4.000

  • Additional 1 kg: BHD 2

Europe Shipping

• Flat rate based on courier partner charges (calculated at checkout).

• Delivery time: 5–10 business days.

Delivery Timeline

• Bahrain Domestic: 1–2 business days.

• GCC & Middle East: 3–7 business days.

• Europe: 5–10 business days.

Additional Charges

• Fuel surcharge, duties, VAT, and taxes may apply depending on destination country.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) service is available in Bahrain and selected GCC countries with applicable fees.

• Payment by card may incur a small handling fee as per our payment provider.

Return & Refund Policy

Return Conditions

• Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.

• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
